UNCONTROLLED EMOTIONS

Please help me out of this big black mess,
Cant seem to relax or get rid of this stress.
I’m surrounded by darkness, with no hope of light,
I’m feeling exhausted and living in fright.
I seem to be screaming but no one can hear,
Im living my life but cant seem to steer.
My burdens are heavy, they’re too hard to hold,
Things will get better I keep being told.
But things are not lightening or becoming easier to bear
Life at the moment just doesn’t seem fair.
I am struggling right now I have to confess,
Oh Please help me out of this big black mess.
