There are many excellent conferences, seminars and forums that provide information and skills to help people deal effectively with depression and other mood disorders. There are also support groups for both depression sufferers and their families and friends that you may find helpful. These usually meet regularly.

eSafetyWomen: new online training program for frontline workers
A 2015 survey of domestic and family violence frontline workers found that 98% of their clients had experienced technology-facilitated abuse. That is, technology has been used by a current or former partner to harass, stalk, threaten, humiliate and control them.
It’s critical that frontline workers are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to assist clients experiencing technology-facilitated abuse.
